Organiser Questions
Your online shop will be open from the moment we send you the now-live email. At this stage, the parents can then order the products they want and pay online. We collect all payments on your behalf whilst parents are ordering.
You can find this in the letter you have received. If you didn’t receive a letter please ask your child’s teacher for a copy.
We try and make payment as soon as the project is closed. This means that all items have been delivered and we’ve allowed a couple of weeks for any additional resolution orders to be placed.
Sometimes we are incredibly busy over the Christmas period and payments will be delayed until we can run a large batch of payments either prior to closing for Christmas or, if needed, into the New Year.
We provide an extra 10% of sheets you order to make sure we cover mistakes from children.
You can do this by logging into your agent dashboard where you can view any announcements made, which will be updated in regards to closing dates etc.
Under the contact header, you can email us any feedback that you would like to leave, positive feedback or possible future improvements.

We are a business that transforms your child’s artwork into the perfect gifts for family and friends. We also aid in raising money for your child’s school, which helps improve your child’s learning space.
Schools will receive their packs within 10-14 days of ordering.
Yes, we allow any fundraiser ideas no matter the occasion. Schools can order the packs for any fundraiser they see fit, and we will provide the same quality service and support for the school’s chosen event.
Once logged into your agent dashboard, there will be a list of all orders and the total amount of the order along with the status of the order.
When you register with us there is a dropdown bar under the title commission percent. Unlike many of our competitors, under this title, you can pick between three options of commission percentage. These options include 20%, 30% and 40%.
If you visit the How it Works section on the bottom of the page there is a commission guide. This gives schools a better understanding of what percentage of commission is right for them and an estimation of profits before selecting a commission amount.
Located on our How it works page, there are attached boxes including a link. When pressed, you will be able to view what’s included within the packs including the parents letter so they know what to expect back from school.
We take pride in our customer service and we will reply to enquiries within 24 hours of submitting to fix any issues you may have.
Parents Questions
Once you have placed your order we aim to have this with you within 10-14 working days.
Due to these products being personalised, we do not offer returns unless your item has been damaged.
Due to our advanced software, we allow parents to preview their child’s artwork on any of our products before ordering.
If this is the case, contact us via our contact page immediately so we can make sure you receive this item in time and resolve any issues with this order.
Not to worry! If you manage to miss the deadline, parents can still order their child’s artwork. However, it will have to be directly to your address carrying an extra £4.00 delivery fee.
